The technology, which was developed with the help of General Electric, dramatically reduces the amount of electricity needed to run a facility and thus they require much less energy from their Utility provider. They have successfully shown some companies over 30% reductions in billed kilowatt hours in a single month. In addition, it greatly improves the quality of the electricity used which, among other things, lowers the temperature of critical equipment in a facility like pumps, motors and lights, just to name a few. “They run much cooler and at optimum levels which extends their lifespan. We had a facility manager tell us that before installing our technology he used to change a light ballast somewhere in their 100,000 square foot administration building at least once a week. It was a full 18 months later when he finally changed one again after the technology was installed” said Morris.
